「We are so happy we decided to give the Coach House a try. Everything was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent - so much to choose from, excellent quality and beautifully displayed. I had pancakes and bacon with maple syrup. My husband asked for scrambled eggs on toast as it wasn’t on the menu and it was no problem for the very helpful staff. We will definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay.」

「Welcoming helpful staff. Late-Afternoon meal needed re-cooking after not being cooked to requested quality. On return to hotel after a theatre show, found the bar already closing at 22:20 - rather early. Room was basic but clean enough. Bathroom radiator was very tatty, spoiling otherwise clean bathroom.」

「We had a lovely 2 night stay at Sir Alfred Munnings Hotel. A gem of a place with top notch care from the propriator Mark who was on hand to check us in. Breakfasts were wonderful and the dinner meal we had in the pub was tasty and generous in portions.」

Disappointingly, there seemed to be no housekeeping - beds left unpaid, cups unwashed.... It is v much a budget place.」

「The apartment enjoys a central location in the lovely quaint coastal town of Southwold. A very comfortable, spacious flat with plenty of shops and places to eat on your doorstep. The bedrooms are on a slightly lower level to the living room and kitchen area and would benefit from some sort of coloured strip to draw your attention to this as the flooring is all one uniform colour. An accident waiting to happen! Otherwise a really nice place to stay.」
