「Charges are too high but no proper service. We were not able to close bathroom door it was broken. No remote for AC. Room was not cleaned. No dental kit even after paying so much amount. By the way, Food was good.」

「Hotel longe de todo fica na estra inter estadual. Dificil acesso para cidade e/ou as praias. Maioria dos motoristas de Tuk-Tuk nem conhecem como chegar. Precisa ligar na recepção para receber orientações e nem sempre a recepção atende ligações ou responde mensagens. Quartos razoavel. Mas o pessoal da recepção desliga ar condicionado do lado de fora em caso os hospedados fiquem no quarto depois das 07:30/08:00 horas. Também, não fazem limpeza dos quartos todos os dias. Precisa pedir que seja...

「We had booked 2 rooms for 5days and paid the entire amount during check in. During night one, my dad acquired severe dust allergy and ended up coughing and lung congestion. We informed the owner that we will be checking out on emergency basis as my father is sick. Since we had booked through hotels.com the owner promised to connect with them and provide us with our refund since it is an emergency. We had paid 26460, they withheld 10000 as commision to hotels.com and charged 2 days room rent and...
