Clean. Friendly staff and good facilities inside the Manipal campus. Just a note that they don’t tell you that the room service buytons don’t work and you have to find iut what to dial. Also, some of the plug points in my rokm were not working. Otherwise great!

A very pleasant stay, will be back!

I stayed at Valley View many years ago and there’s a huge change to the premises. It’s much nicer now with the hotel and rooms being modernised. Comfort of the bed, general cleanliness and facilities was very good. Best thing was the staff. They are all truly excellent and provided a service like a 5 star hotel. Thank you to all of them and especially the Reception staff.

This is the only decent hotel in the area. Front desk staff and concierge are courteous. Furniture dated though and needs refreshing. Otherwise a pleasant stay there.

Much improved

This hotel has recently renovated and it is an incredible improvement. The food was excellent and staff very helpful. The addition of a gym is nice but there is not a single chair or table or umbrella at the pool making it almost unusable.
