"This was a fun place to stay for a few nights - good location. The only challenge is that the steps to the entrance are steep for carrying your luggage and reception closed at 11:30 so get there before then (the good news is my friend was able to let me in as she had checked in earlier). The rooms were very nice and again can't beat the location for the price!"

"Room’s floor was sandy, a random cheerio, and found lot of dust when I accidentally dropped my earring on the floor. I even requested the front desk to have someone clean the floor but they told me they won’t do that and only refresh the beds. I rarely write any negative reviews but the fact that they refused to vacuum even after requesting it, I just feel like their standards are mediocre at best."

"My family and I had a great experience in Quebec City. The hotel was in a good location and was very close to all stores and restaurants inside the wall. The room was very clean and could accommodate 3 to 4 people. Our room was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. I will definitely come back to the hotel and stay in the future.
