「If you have the money, spend it elsewhere. This was the filthiest room I’ve ever been given. I only stayed because I was in the city for less than 24 hours and didn’t want to deal with the headache of finding another place on a time crunch. Sheets were stained, pillows were flat and yellow, sink was clogged in the restroom and the bathroom had hairs all over the toilet and bathtub. The floor was sticky and gross, I wouldn’t have rented that room to a stray animal.」

「I showed up for my reservation and they said they were completely booked. They didn’t even make reservations through hotels.com so they weren’t sure how it was made. They were under a different name than what was listed. They are OYO now. When I called hotels.com, they couldn’t even reach them because it was the wrong number listed on their site.
