「Everything from the front lobby to the room spelled horrible. The lights in the room were not bright at all and the room looked dingy. When I didn’t want to stay I was told that I couldn’t have a refund because I booked online. I left and registered at another hotel just down the road. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.」

「I showed up for my reservation and they said they were completely booked. They didn’t even make reservations through hotels.com so they weren’t sure how it was made. They were under a different name than what was listed. They are OYO now. When I called hotels.com, they couldn’t even reach them because it was the wrong number listed on their site.
