「The Bel Air property was clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and accommodating 」

「The person at the desk was friendly and helpful. The room was not clean. There was hair in the sink and bathtub from prior people staying I called the front desk to ask about and was told that housekeeping is not available. There were random people all about outside , would not recommend 」
