「分別入住3晚(共兩個房間), 最後一晚入住前不足24小時取消我們其中一個已訂的房間, 雖然有安排另一酒店的一個房間給我, 但該酒店平均價格較低、地點不便、評分較低, 亞力山大廣場精品酒店收取較高房價卻安排另一較平酒店的做法太過份, 所以亦沒有接受而自行再尋找住宿。 另外, 房間沒有Blanket, 只有一張床單一樣薄的被。浴室企缸玻璃漏水嚴重。早餐地點很嘈, 食物很咸。 」

「Hotel was well located to explore Skopje. Our room had amazing views over the square. Staff were so helpful and breakfast was delicious」

「I heard some other picky customers complained “ It’s 5 euro breakfast”. But well with the price I don’t expect any free breakfast same with the ones in 5 star hotel. Reception clerks are very nice. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, in the very center area but not noisy at all. I would like to recommend to my friends once needed 」

「Luxury amenities & incredible breakfast」

「The room and hotel were nice. The location has a great view but isn’t really walkable from all the sites as it is up quite a sharp hill. The staff were helpful in calling me a taxi to go downtown but it was difficult to hail down a taxi to get back to the hotel from the City center. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!」

「L'appartement était correct et le personnel gentil et serviable par email mais il y a eu un malentendu car l'annonce indiquait le service d'un petit déjeuner de 7h à 12h qui doit être pour un autre logement mais pas le nôtre. Pas de consigne de bagages non plus et il manquait 2 serviettes de toilettes dans le logement. Cependant, l'équipe de Urban nous a réservé un taxi adorable pour le transfert aéroport -appartement et nous a rapporté des serviettes rapidement suite à notre demande. J'avoue...

「I had a room with a SPA unfortunately the SPA didnt work on my first day but Alosha made sure, that all my complaints were fixed within minutes. He is incredibly friendly and helpful. Same as Simona, who checked me in and out! Very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and in walking distance to all major attractions in Skopje, great restaurants and supermarkets around as well. Easy accessible if you arrive by Bus or Train, even if you fly in you can use Wizi and they will take you to the...

「The staff are so hospitable and friendly! They gave us a very good impression! The room is clean and tidy. They let us early check in at 11am. Moreover, the staff helped us to call a taxi to reach the bus station in the early morning on checking out. We are deeply appreciated for his help! 」
