「Loved this hotel and would stay here again. Great location tucked away just off Macedonia Square, steps from the river, waterfront restaurants, and the Stone Bridge to the old town. Also helpfully next to a mall with a Vero supermarket on the lower level. The staff were so kind and helpful. The decor is dark as you’ll see in the pics, but I found it atmospheric, ymmv. 「分別入住3晚(共兩個房間), 最後一晚入住前不足24小時取消我們其中一個已訂的房間, 雖然有安排另一酒店的一個房間給我, 但該酒店平均價格較低、地點不便、評分較低, 亞力山大廣場精品酒店收取較高房價卻安排另一較平酒店的做法太過份, 所以亦沒有接受而自行再尋找住宿。 另外, 房間沒有Blanket, 只有一張床單一樣薄的被。浴室企缸玻璃漏水嚴重。早餐地點很嘈, 食物很咸。 」

「I heard some other picky customers complained “ It’s 5 euro breakfast”. But well with the price I don’t expect any free breakfast same with the ones in 5 star hotel. Reception clerks are very nice. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, in the very center area but not noisy at all. I would like to recommend to my friends once needed 」

「Very old apartment. Location is fine, close to some shopping malls, but not easy to find it. Apartment is big, but very uncomfortable. Sofa is like a stone and bed is very bad and noisy. Leaking water from shower and flooding the bathroom.」

「Positive: Right in the City Center at macedonia Square. Great breakfast (Menu). Not to expensive Negative: The corners in the bathroom weren't clean. It smelled quite strongly of sewage. Avoid room 110, because the cleaning staff sit opposite it from about 8 a.m. and talk so loudly that you'll fall out of bed. In short: the price/performance ratio is okay, but room 110 is not recommended. It's okay for younger people without high expectations.」

「L'appartement était correct et le personnel gentil et serviable par email mais il y a eu un malentendu car l'annonce indiquait le service d'un petit déjeuner de 7h à 12h qui doit être pour un autre logement mais pas le nôtre. Pas de consigne de bagages non plus et il manquait 2 serviettes de toilettes dans le logement. Cependant, l'équipe de Urban nous a réservé un taxi adorable pour le transfert aéroport -appartement et nous a rapporté des serviettes rapidement suite à notre demande. J'avoue...

「The room was clean but basic. The pics are as good as it gets. It’s on a pedestrian street so a taxi is unable to go to hotel. At the time I travelled the address is incorrect on Apple and Google Maps. I suggested that they ask it to be changed. The location is very central and walkable to pretty much all the sites.」
