We do not normally have remarks about noise from the rooms on the front, unless there's a celebration of some sort going on in the area, especially not from the rooms on higher floors. Being a light sleeper myself I can understand how annoying not sleeping properly can be and I do hope that you did mention this when you were here and we were able to move you to another room. As regards the mirror, you will be pleased to know that, following constructive criticism just like yours, from other guests, we have bought full length mirrors and will be installing them in each room very soon. We will also be adding lighting in those rooms which tend to be darker, mostly these are located at the back of the hotel. I truly value the time you have taken to write this review.
