「Beautiful location and has so much potential but it’s poorly run. Staff doesn’t want to be there and it shows. Not even a Good Morning. Same food everyday, no variety. No availability at restaurants even with diamond club. Total waste of money there. Stray cats and cockroaches at your feet. Pest control lets themselves into your room to spray without knocking. 「The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes from the airport and the city center.
The staff and the owners are extremely kind and accommodating.
The room is very spacious and clean, and at night you can only hear the sound of the sea waves.
The hotel's restaurant is a must-try.
The lobster fettuccine and the pizza are exceptional.」

「Great resort for our older family. Very quiet, but with everything you need. Pool areas were great, but having access to Prickly Pear island really made this place standout. We did some off resort adventures, but our best days were on Prickly Pear and hanging by the pool. We had a 4 bedroom unit and it was perfect. Would stay here again if coming to Antigua. 」
