「Our stay at the Colony Reef was the perfect family get away. The condo was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The property was gorgeous and very well maintained. We will definitely be back and we have already referred friends. 」

「The place was great for a family with older kids. There was an open hot water tank/closet. The condo itself was clean, however the balcony was filthy and was easily tracked inside. We donated a rug for the balcony door. The owner requests you leave your shoes at the door...the littles feet were filthy all the time from going on the balcony. The railing was far enough apart that the 2 yr old would fit through. I would definitely stay again without young kids.」

「Really enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and located a short distance from St Augustine. A few more touches could be added that would make this superb- baby bottles of shampoo/conditioner, couple packs of coffee/sugar to get through first couple of days. Just little items that would have a large impact.」
