「Great condo. Great Location」

「This condo was super nice and convenient location. Very clean!」

「Nice place - a little cramped in the living/dining area - we were moving chairs around a lot to make space. But the kitchen was well equipped, nice balcony with view of the beach and very easy walk out to an awesome beach. Also had access to super well kept pool and hot spas! We would stay again.」

「Positives: clean, everything worked, was on the beach, two nice pools. Nice to have a washer & dryer. No ocean view as it was a ground floor, which was fine, because there is no elevator to the 2nd or 3rd floor. This property has been there awhile, the unit was outdated. Could use some updating and paint. There were cracked tiles, carpet tearing between kitchen floor and carpeting. Baseboards very worn which makes them look dirty. The master bedroom cooled well, but the second bedroom didn’t so...

「Very nice place if you are Looking for serenity and relaxation. 」

「Really enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and located a short distance from St Augustine. A few more touches could be added that would make this superb- baby bottles of shampoo/conditioner, couple packs of coffee/sugar to get through first couple of days. Just little items that would have a large impact.」

「This property was perfect. We could see the beach from our balcony, walk to restaurants, Publix was very close. Nothing bad to say about this stay. Will be returning.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Quail Hollow. The only complaint we had was the cat hair on the furniture that kept sticking to our clothes. 」

「Ocean front property. Very quiet and secure. Top notch security on the property.」

「The house was very nice, super organized and located right in the perfect area. I love it there!! Hope will come back soon¡」

「Our stay at the Colony Reef was the perfect family get away. The condo was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The property was gorgeous and very well maintained. We will definitely be back and we have already referred friends. 」
