「Our room was well taken care of each day by the housekeeping team, the chocolates that they bring by each day were also an added bonus. The only issue that we had during our trip was when the gentleman working at the cafe gave my wife an attitude because she asked for sandwiches at 4:30 and he said it was close to closing time which was at 5:00.」

「The staff and room we had were lovely, however soundproofing between the rooms could be significantly better… I was awoken in the middle of night to a woman screaming at the top of her lungs for what felt like forever…. I did call the front desk and they seemed to take care of what I later found out was a domestic dispute… but unfortunately that completely ruined my one “peaceful” night away from my kids, and we were not offered any discount or anything other than a “sorry about that”」

「The TV did not work, the phone did not work, electronic foor lock did not work, the property was run down and unkept, the room was dated with damaged furniture and equipment, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The room was very expensive and they charged $25.00 per day for parking. Over rated and over priced. There are far better hotels in St John’s for less money. Don’t stay here!」

「The price was right for a 5 day stay and the staff were very welcoming in the hotel and PUB. I do think the rooms in general need updating, but the room was spotless on arrival. I also recommend providing larger bath towels.」

「Wistful location and a beautiful room. Very large with a nice sitting area, decorated with a spa like touch. Very comfy bed, waffle towels and bathrobe. Local toiletries to make you feel connected to the area. Conveniently located across the street from one of the best restaurants in St John’s the Mallard Cottage. An authentic experience all around with a luxury touch!」

「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」
