「We stayed 6 nights (August 21st-August 27th) as Diamond Club members. From the second we arrived, we felt like we could exhale! We felt like we were on vacation immediately. We received professional, attentive service and check-in was pretty quick and seamless. Our Butlers (Michael, Chaddo, and Taneah) were excellent!! 「Our first day, The hot water wasn’t working, they did fix it after but was still slightly warm not hot. Excellent staff is what makes this place worth it. Very helpful and accommodating. When our flight got delayed we were able to check out late at 3pm and stay in the lounge with use of their facilities and even food and drinks until 6pm. Food was okay, not a lot of vegetarian options besides salad. Seaweed was present on the beach so didn’t look nice to go in the water.」

「Went to this resort Aug 13-18: Sonia was great - she was one of the servers at Enid’s, Margaret at the spa was amazing and the lady that works in the gift shop was very helpful and kind. The resort was clean and well maintained. There was entertainment every night and the food was really good. There was enough food to eat throughout the day, including from the food truck. Alcoholic drinks start at 10am and you can ask for anything you want and make it a double. Overall the staff were very nice...
