Luckily our room was only about 6 steps up. Residential neighborhood within walking distance of Napa town center. Manager was kind enough to hold our baggage after we checked out as we were actually leaving later in the day. "

The staff there were very friendly, responsive and made us feel cared for. The towels were plush and the room was set up with the extra towels and pillows that I had requested ahead of time.
