Everything we did was via machines and we did not meet a single person. It was a bit weird but everything worked out. If you have to be collected from the hotel by a colleague or limousine you need to arrange a pick up place nearby the hotel as buses and taxis can only enter the roads outside the hotel. Room was comfortable and had what I needed. Breakfast included is a nice touch and is very good. Reception offered very good service and support and I appreciated that. "
