「Room was clean, well maintained, nice hot shower & comfy bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits and a decent size cup are always a plus ! Solo female travelling for work. Only stayed for one night but had everything I needed. Felt reasonably safe. Only issue was the 2nd cottages directions sign was on the right hand side of road & obscured by a tree branch, so I didn’t see it & my sat nav took me left at the end of the rd & up a very tight private road to a bungalow based on the post code. Not ideal …....

「Breakfast could be improved by adding cheese/cold cuts.」

「Convenient location, safe, walking distance to food, grocery, public transport. Comfortable room and bed. Effective heating in room and hotel. Fast internet. Efficient and friendly staff. Would stay here again. Recommended.」

「What a lovely quaint place to stay, with everything you need to have a relaxing time, would highly recommend.」

「We arrived later than planned because of multiple road floodings in and around Cardiff, but staff was really helpful, breakfast was tasty and the whole place was very cosy. We would have loved staying more Nights.」

「Very welcoming stay. We felt so at home and very looked after. Staff were extremely helpful and food was excellent. Beef brisket Sunday lunch was delish and vame out like a work of art! Excellent quality produce. My bacon roll in the morning was real thick cut and tasty. Comfy beds. Beautiful bathroom. Will 100% be back.」

「The property was so lovely. The staff were so helpful and responded immediately to any issues. The suite was clean and had the most beautiful view. Im already looking forward to my next visit..the only chang I'd make is that I would stay longer next time. The area and the people were top tier!」

「房間好。酒店附近沒有什麼，有點不太放便。」

「Copthorne is now our home in Cardiff every time we are in the City. The staff are always amazing specially Ryan.」

「This is an excellent place to stay. The rooms were very well presented and clean. The breakfast was great, with plenty of scrambled eggs, beans, bacon or sausage, toast, croissants, fruit and yoghurt. The coffee machine is accessible all day. Plenty of parking if not busy but fills quickly so get there early. Do wish that hotels would leave the smart functions operational on the room TVs so guests can access their Netflix accounts!」
