「Upon arrival, we observed several cleanliness and maintenance issues in the room. The couch had visible spots and hair on it. There appeared to be red stains or residue on the curtains. Additionally, the toilet was not functioning properly. These conditions did not meet our expectations for cleanliness and comfort and negatively impacted our stay.」

「The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. 「It was a very clean and safe feeling hotel. I didn’t like that a big truck parked along the handicap parking so no one could get in nor out. Luckily I did find parking close enough. The lady that checked me in was super quiet and took a personal call on the work phone and put me on hold while talking. However the front desk agent in the morning was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! My kids especially enjoyed the waffle bar.」
