"I have travelled extensively, but can honestly say that this is the best hotel i have ever stayed in. The staff were without exception the most charming and helpful team who really made the stay. Food was excellent in the restaurant, both at breakfast and the a la carte dinners. The team accommodated an early check in for us which was invaluable having recently been having medical treatment so quite tired. We stayed in garden suites which were very good and convenient for pool and seafront...

Only thing that could be better is if rooms had air con as it was 25+ during our stay and the room fan and open windowns wasn't quite enough for a cool nights sleep. The hotel is located opposite the beach with great views of Elizabeth castle, but next to quite a busy road. The location also has the benefit that it is very close to st Helier shops and restaurants and the bus terminus though. "
