「床墊太軟 (Mattress), 七晚也睡不好. 而且今次房間的窗也能打開, 開了冷氣也有點熱. 雖然在預訂時 已提出要求在床墊下方多加一塊板作承托, 但最後是沒有. (2024 和 2025年來入住時, 是可做的)」

「Frau Bruehle was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent breakfast and helpful and efficient staff. Elevator/lifts were quiet and quick. Location in the Altstadt is good with easy main-road access and many restaurants within easy walking distance, as is the river.」

「The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.」

「Wir waren für eine Nacht im Favorite Parkhotel und hatten uns aufgrund des Preises und der Ausrichtung als Spa-Hotel deutlich mehr erwartet. Leider war der Whirlpool während unseres Aufenthalts nicht nutzbar. Die Anlage schien defekt zu sein, die Düsen funktionierten nicht und das Wasser zirkulierte nicht. Da der Whirlpool zudem keiner Sonneneinstrahlung geschützt ist, hatte sich das Wasser so stark aufgeheizt, dass ein Aufenthalt kaum möglich war. Auch beim zweiten Pool waren die Wände...

「約好5:00pm入住, 沒有職員招待，多次電話聯絡，十多分鐘才到，帶我們上apartment，入內才知道未有清潔房間，又未能找人支援，衹有帶我們去鄰近的其他apartment, 我們訂的是2房可以住兩對夫妻成年人的apartment,但是衹有一個間房內有2張床」

「When we step into the room, we find the window is open. We don't mind it. At night, unknown insects gather the top of the ceiling. lt's horrible. The other thing is there is no hot water kettle in the room and I couldn't deserve hot water in the front desk. I have lived in the other Ibis and the front desk always give me hot water.」
