This was very convenient to the train station. The restaurant was wonderful. Great Tapas. Everyone was very friendly. Our only negative is it was listed as having laundry services but we found it not to be available on a weekend. There is a self service laundry about a block away.

Lovely, convenient hotel with very helpful staff. Only thing I would flag is that the bathroom windows let a lot of light into the room through the frosted glass door, so something to be aware of if you're hoping to sleep in!

Great location so close to the train/bus station. Shoutout to Bas who was extremely helpful and kind. He suggested great restaurants and helped organize our trip to Frankfurt Hahn Airport. He has a great talent in customer service and hotel management. Thank you Bas for making our stay that much nicer!

Pleasant stay

This hotel is a wonderful find. The staff is top-notch and very helpful. The room was clean and oh so comfortable. Even though it's in front of a major transport hub, the room was quiet and we slept quite well. Restaurant has delicious food and served an excellent breakfast buffet. Parking was tricky, you do have to walk a block or two so be sure to drop off your bags in the lobby before you go to the parking garage. Grocery store is right there, too. We would definitely stay here again.

While my stay was pleasant overall, I did experience some noise from neighboring rooms at night. It seemed the doors closing were quite loud. Perhaps a modification to the door closures could help mitigate this.

The bathroom seemed updated, very functional, decor really nice. But found the lack of towel bars an inconvenience. The choice to hand wet towels was either over the shower door, over the hair dryer on wall or on bathroom door handles, not very convenient. The hand soap bar way to strong perfumery....reminded me of mens after shave..

Wir sind mit der DB angereist um unseren Enkel zu besuchen. Von daher brauchten wir keine Parkmöglichkeit und mussten nicht einkaufen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war - obwohl direkt gegenüber des Bahnhofes - sehr ruhig. Das Hotel vermittelte eine gehobene Atmosphäre. Sehr angenehm bei den hohen Außentemperaturen war die vorhandene Klimaanlage.
