Room was in need of a deep cleaning, shower had to be cleaned before using. Inside room lock did not work, was broken and couldn't be used. Noises outside room all night. Hard to find any good about this place

Hampton Inn St. Augustine Downtown Historic District
1st day breakfast was out of most things at 9am but other days better. Maids didn't come 1 day and we left around 10am and even had a conversation with them thinking that they would clean the room right away and they never did. We returned around 3:30pm and room was never cleaned. There was NO sign ...
