Hotel was great and the staff was friendly. We were in the middle of the transition and Charles and his front desk staff helped out immensely. 5⭐️ We got off the cruise with 12 people and they had all our rooms available early. That was extremely helpful. We were all surprised to see the rooms were large and spacious. TV was on a swivel wall mount so we could turn it either way to watch. We got a King Bed Junior Suite with a Sleeper Sofa. Bathroom was very clean and stocked with all the amenities. Rooftop pool was clean and easy to get to. The ground level pool was quiet and more easily accessible. The only thing I was not prepared for was that Miami is extremely humid. That made everything feeling a little damp. It just took a few minutes to get used to it, then I couldn't feel the humidity any longer. Overall, I would definitely come back here the next time we're out in Miami.

My wallet was stolen last night and security/staff did nothing to help. I knew the exact spot it was taken from and they kept questioning me. They were extremely rude to me, probably assuming I was drunk, which I was completely sober. It felt like they were insinuating that I was lying about my wallet being stolen. Thank God I had an AirTag on it. When I was finally in range of it, it pinged, and I went out on my own and eventually found it tossed on a chair on an outdoor bar patio. I was told if it pinged, they wouldn’t help me go to its location, that I was on my own. They refused to even pull security footage for me unless I filled out a report, in detail. Even at that point, they just ignored my request to see security footage. All of this happened within a 30 minute timeframe. I will never stay at this hotel again. Ridiculous. They need to do better for their guest that pay hundreds, if not, thousands of dollars to stay at this hotel.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
