「Great hotel with excellent location, right next to Old Town. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and breakfast had great options. The room was very clean and well maintained with high end finishes. Only issue is there was no iron or steamer provided so if you need to get your clothes ironed, you would need to use paid hotel service. Overall, an exceptional hotel that I would book again.」

「Room was spotless on Arrival, And we were early! And Reception did all they could to get us in our room ASAP (3 hours earlier than actual check in time!) Staff were all lovely and helpful when needed, Polite and well spoken, from reception staff to the cleaners and the guys dealing with Breakfast. 「Overall good. Decent room with a nice balcony, comfortable bed. The pillows were too high and hard for me but I managed to sort it out. There was a bit of dust on the bedside lamps and some marks on the bedside tables. The bathroom needs attention. Quite a lot of grime and limescale, mirror ledge needs renovating, shower heads were rattling as if they were about to fall apart. So the room ok, the bathroom not so much. Breakfast was decent, location is good, staff were friendly.」
