「Nice hotel, convenient location. A fair amount of open air drug use and associated activities on the nearby sidewalk. It’s not the fault of the hotel and they have security. You will notice it while walking to meals. 」

「We're repeat customers because it's an excellent hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Great location, in a safe part of town, with easy access to restaurants, a mall, a huge park, a book store and the interstate if you're traveling to Canada or just back and forth to WWU.」

「The hotel was under renovation, it was messy and unclean. They told us nothing about the renovation when we booked our room. It felt like a scam!」

「The room was perfect- comfy and had a reading nook that overlooked the bay. My room was above the spa and I enjoyed the sound of the waterfall so much. 」

「The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 」
