「Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. 「Apartment was exactly as described in the photos — clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. The welcome folder with recommendations for places to eat, visit, and things to do was a really thoughtful touch. Alex was a fantastic host, and I would definitely stay here again!」
