Quiet, Clea, and Safe Property

My favorite place to stay! Management is awesome! Rooms are clean and affordable. I’ve stayed 3 times and it’s very quiet and I’ve always slept well. The mattresses are amazing. It’s a hidden gem💞

Yes, customer service was good. No elevator. Elderly couple. Had to carry our own bags up to flights of stairs. No breakfast. Not even coffee in the lobby. But room was clean and quiet.

We waited 15 mins before someone came to the desk, the room was a 100 degree and the hallway leading to the room was 115 degree, there was holes in the blankets, the bathroom had holes in the walls and was taped with masking tape, the mattress was very old, fyi if traveling with a dog get ready for a charge which nothing was said ! Would NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

When we got there we got charged an extra $10 for each pet for no other reason than "some Super 8s charge more". We did not receive the roll out bed because he insisted it wouldn't fit in the room. There was no free breakfast in the morning or any kind of breakfast at all. When it came to me checking out he didn't come when I rang the bell so I had to call him and he came right out of the office🙄

Will not stay again.

It was okay until check-out. No one was at the desk at 0900. I rang the bell several times and called out 'hello' but no one answered. I finally just left the room keys on the computer keyboard with a note asking them to email my receipt.
