「After a long day in the Hospital in Nashville with our Daughter, we found this Hotel on Expedia at a great price and one room available. When my Husband and I arrived, the lady at the desk was so nice and offered us bottled waters (as many as we wanted) and when we asked for an extra towel to give us a total of four, she provided an additional 3. She said that Housekeeping was almost finished cleaning the room, but we could head up to the room. We arrived and the Housekeeper introduced herself...

「The room was clean and well-organized. Plenty of towels, convenient places to put our suitcases, plenty of convenient outlets for charging, plenty of coffee and tea, a microwave and fridge in the room, great hot breakfast with a pancake-making machine :-) Friendly staff at the front desk and at breakfast. It was a very pleasant surprise for the price.」

「Hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. Breakfast options were nice, the snack bar was convenient. Parking could be better, not a lot of options or spaces available at the hotel. The highway being close was nice and convenient for our travels. 」
