「Unfortunately we got locked out of our room because of an error on the hotel’s part they gave us a room with a broken door. We waited an hour or so for the owner to come and you could tell it’s happened multiple times before the door had marked of other attempts.i just wish I did pay full price for a not fully functioning room」

「It gets the job done for an overnight stay. Very close to Bradley International Airport and lots of dining choices nearby. The A/C worked great and bed was comfortable. Room was clean. On the negative side, it’s very dated and could use a total refurbish. Don’t bother with the free breakfast. Other than juice and coffee, sparse offering of maybe a bagel and maybe cereal. I didn’t look very hard as there was not much to see there. Easy check-in and check-out and plenty of free parking...

「2 nd floor smelled like sewage. When making reservations for a shuttle for 440 the agent told me it was full so I had to take the 340am shuttle. I left and came back to someone new checking in and witnessed the same agent tell a couple the shuttle was available for 440. I didn’t say anything because she looked right at me when I said I was going to report it.an older white email with white hair.probably would not come back because of that. It felt racial.」

「Our room was upstairs on the 2nd floor. My mom is 90 there was no elevator for her. That was brutal. There was something being built near parking area which looked unfinished. We had a balcony view which looked onto the parking area. There’s a hospital across the street and during the night we heard very loud helicopter noise overhead. I had requested no dairy for breakfast and my omelette had cheese in it. My sisters room was on the first floor which was next to the breakfast/eating area. She...
