Desk clerk was rude. I called Expedia to cancel reservation. Was put on hold while he said he would talk to hotel personally. Came back and said he talked to desk person and manager but room could not be cancelled. I talked to the manager upon checking in and was told Expedia never called. Will NEVER use Expedia again nor stay at holiday inn again.

Not a bad stay other than the lamp shades had about a years worth of dust on them, and the restaurant inside service was terrible. Me, my wife, and my 18 month old son waited 45 minutes to be served and there was maybe 10 people in the whole place. We got up and left, as it was 9:15pm by this time. Definitely more of a sports bar than a restaurant. Won’t be back to eat that’s for sure.

Decent place to stay. Restaurants nearby. Easy access to I44. The floors could have been cleaned better but beds were clean and comfortable. Standard hotel breakfast but you need a ticket. Not free unless you purchased with your reservation or purchased onsight.
