"Construction slowed down everything. Suite room was very spacious for the kids to move around. Had trouble with the heating/ac unit. Ended turning it off and opening the balcony and windows to make it cooler. Water pressure was poor. Not the cleanest either."

"I really love this property. I find that the lobby and surround area is super cute/cozy and Helen at the bar is fabulous. I hate to say this...but no matter what time I show up the front desk somehow makes sure I get into my room. The room has great bath sheets/robes/slippers and I love the Balmain bath products. Room service is prompt and in my opinion the food is really great! If you ask for anything they make it happen. "

"The hotel Staff is friendly, the rooms are big. You need to increase the seating space in the lobby, especially if you are serving wine at 5pm. Maybe a nice long community table with chairs."

"The place is great. The front staff is great. The restaurant is also really nice. The bartenders - especially Quint is awesome! Get yourself an espresso martini every morning, they are worth it. Only downfall is the elevators are slow and the maids are horrible! "
