「I don’t think a hotel this classy needs to lie on their Expedia page about having free parking. It’s fine that it’s a $15/night valet or find your own public parking nearby, but I don’t like being lied to. Also, I didn’t realize we’d have to exit the hotel proper and cross an alley to get to our room, but I guess that was fine since it happened to be between thunderstorms and still light out. The room was very clean and had nice amenities, but the toilet seat was loose and the shower door...

「We liked that the hotel had both an indoor & outdoor pool but we were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Our first room had a horrible smell in it and the team at the front desk was very good about moving us to another room. Unfortunately the air conditioner didn't work very well at all & we were on the top (9th) floor of the building. Also the microwave quit working & we called twice to get someone up to replace or fix it and never had anyone come to the room to even...

「Very quiet, we did not hear any outside noise or traffic. Our room was very nice and we enjoyed the extra room of the studio suite. Breakfast was good, especially liked the spinach and feta cheese pastry and the crock pot of oatmeal.」

「It was one of the better places I have stayed. Friendly staff greeted us and was easy check in. As always happens there is something wrong. The elevator wasn't working during our 3 day stay and our rooms were on the second floor. We had 2 rooms and going to the second floor via the stairs would not normally be a problem but one of our party has health issues and climbing stairs was a problem.
