"Though this motel is definitely dated and a little rough around the edges, it offered a charming and clean room. We were a little concerned about the well word door knob and lock. (They really need to upgrade to modern, sturdy key card locks.) Check in was seamless and prompt with friendly interaction with the front desk clerk. Our room was positioned along a balcony with a beautiful view of the hollor below. Overall, a great value for this area. "

"Breakfast was very limited. No one at the front desk most of the time. Got manager out of bed at 10pm to check in and he seemed a bit upset because we couldn't hear him on his ring camera. "Beaver Lake Cottages was really wonderful. We stayed in a studio apartment with a perfect view of the lake. The room was super quiet, included a complimentary bottle of wine and a range of other thoughtful snacks. Everything was well-thought-out, down to the fireplace/heater casting a cozy mood each night. It's a perfect place to get away, but it's also very convenient to Eureka Springs and Bentonville. We'll have nothing but positive memories of the place and hope to return someday."
