We loved that it is a small property - ran into many of the same couples during our stay, but also felt like we had privacy and down time. Reconciling the cost of taxes on the Expedia application and the hotel/apartments would make BLR Villas Dover Beach a 10--location, cleanliness, and price. When the Longitudinal Ph.D. dissertation writer was homeless (20251216-several days) and thirsty, BLR Villas extended water (free of charge) and allowed the previous renter to use the internet (to attempt to get proper Expedia refunds/reduce homelessness). 」

「The room was spotless, and watching the sunset from our 3rd floor deck was amazing. The pool was a bonus in case the ocean is too rough to swim. One negative was the bars across the street were a little loud, but if you keep the bathroom door shut, it helps a lot. The sound comes in through the venting the bathroom.」
