"This is the second time we are staying here, first of all staff were very friendly and courteous. However cleanliness has declined significantly, we did find some hairs in the bed and the bathroom, toilet seat had a stain. For waterslide, we could not use the pool or slide at all as there was a large group of kids who kept it occupied for a long long time. I hope Management implements adult hours for the last hour of the pool or something. Such a shame because we came back as our first stay was wonderful here"
