We loved our time here! Nice and clean apartment, a lovely little pool area downstairs and good beaches nearby. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating. We will definitely book again if we return to Split!

The apartment was nice, well kept and clean. The ammenities provided were excellent and the pool was also a great addition to the property. The hosts were easily contacted and very welcoming. They provided me with a detailed description of the city, sites and beaches to visit. Property is in a great location in terms of its proximity to the beach (<10 min walk), to nearby shops, the bus station and the old town (5-10 min Uber ride). Had a great experience during my stay will be returning next time I am in Split.

The hostess Sandra is exceptional, she is very attentive and makes sure everything is ok. The apartment is very clean but the decor is dated. The issue is location. It is quite a distance from the Old town, so we had to get taxis all the time, which adds to the cost of the holiday. There is nothing in the area as it's residential. The nearby beach is closed so the next beach is not walkable in the heat.

Notre séjour a été exceptionnel, avec pleins de conseils pour pouvoir séjourner et visiter la ville. La plage la plus proche est à 600 m, nous pouvons s’y rendre à pieds. La piscine est très propre et le coin est super agréable ! Nous recommandons ! Tout état parfait ainsi que l’accueil de Sandra ! Merci à elle 🤗

Det var en rigtig hyggelig suite, vi havde. Sandra var en fantastisk vært og var tilgængelig, imødekommende og åben for en snak. Vi havde komfort-suiten. Den var hyggelig. Vi manglede måske lidt en større sofa og det været dejligt med lidt mere end 3 af hver af knive, gafler mv.

Nous avons eu une chambre pendant 4 jours sombres très vieillot tres anciens qui demande a rafraîchir qu il soit plus moderne on a eu le sentiment de vivre chez quelqu'un le canapé inconfortable la salle de bain mauvais odeur d'égout l'emplacement au milieu d une cité très laid avec du vis a vis autour de la piscine froide et envahi des moustiques ou l on reste 2 minutes sur les transats Même si l accueil a été correct mais la patronne nous a exigé des consignes stricte (ne pas aller à la piscine faire, attention de ne pas faire de bruit ect...) très decevant C'est le pire hergement que nous avons faite en Croatie et ça vaut pas 9,6 c'est Impossible Cest une Arnaque !! Ça ne vaux pas plus 6 Je dirais a Fuir....

Struttura eccellente, appartamento incantevole, ottima posizione sia per la spiaggia che per il centro, zona silenziosa e tranquilla. La struttura è pulita e confortevole, lo staff è attento ad ogni necessità e rispettoso della privacy. È raro trovare un ambiente tanto familiare quanto professionale, uno dei migliori posti dove abbia mai soggiornato, ci tornerò sicuramente. Parlano inglese e un ottimo italiano.

Home stay

Sandra the host is very welcoming, she's on site and introduced us the area, map and bus route when check-in. We stayed in one of the three rooms on the first floor, you can hear some noise from the other guests when people are in and out. During our 2-nite stay was quiet. The room is basic and very clean. Everything in the room works well, there's a fridge, cups, kettle and hair dryer. Towels are provided. A small pool is available for use, it wasn't busy during our time. 5-min drive or 20-min walk to the nearest Znjan Beach. 20-min Uber to Split town centre.

Beautiful and calm!

After a very stressful day of traveling, this beautiful appartementencomplex was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and pleasant. The room was very very clean, spacious and comfortable. The garden with swimming pool and beautiful fruit threes and multiple places to sit was a blessing. But what made this place the best, was the host. Anna! We hade a wonderful stay, we wish you the best. Thank you for your care and attention. You made a very hard day better for us. We hope to see you next time! We will definitely stay here again!

Firstly, this apartment was a little out of the way (but within an easy reach of the city centre) which meant it was quiet. I loved the little back garden and pool, surrounded by various fruit trees- it felt like a little oasis! Sandra was an excellent hostess, responding to all of my queries with so many helpful and detailed suggestions, she brought us on a little tour of the area and gave us suggested brochures and a map. She even gave us a little gift to take with us. A genuine and sweet lady, she made the stay feel all the more personal. Id prefer this to an impersonal and cookie cutter hotel any day of the week!

Very welcoming host. Great location for beach (walking) and Split Old Town (by bus/Uber). Lovely outdoor pool area and facilities to use (sun cream, towels, shampoo etc). Very clean and well presented.
