"Warm welcome from Joseph to this charming, traditionally furnished apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed (and there was a Lidl supermarket within easy walking distance). "It did not look like the pictures. The pictures showed it to be modern, bright and cheerful. It was not. The pots still had grease on them. No coffee pot. No coffee or tea provided or shampoo or shower gel. It was supposed to be near airport. It was not. It was supposed to have free airport shuttle. It did not. The immediate area was full of graffiti. The backyard was unkempt. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. "

"When we arrived we had some payment issues with the taxi. The kind man at the front desk personally walked me to an ATM and when that ATM didn’t work he walked me to another one. Then walked us back to hotel and rolling our bags with him. He was as very gracious and we appreciated his help very much. The room and the restaurant were both wonderful too. This place is just outside the old city walls and easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this hotel."
