Read small print

Lovely apartment and location is only 5mins walk from centre but the street it's on is not the best looking or comforting but was all ok while we were there. Only problem we had with the people running it is read the small print on hotels.com when you book there's a €30 cleaning fee and apparently a city tax even though on your booking says all taxes and fees included we had lengthy discussions with owners over this only down fall not there fault hotels.com's

First of all, the stay was globally excellent. We were 4 (2 adults and 2 children) for 1 week. Booking: there is several (3?) appartment. All different. I booked the one with red kitchen. It is 1 bedroom and 1 living room with double bed sofa. In ground floor, so directly on the street and no terrace. I was not sure when I booked which will be my appartment and it could be better precised on the site. Be sure that you know what you book. Communications before (with Toni): perfect. Very reactive and clear. Arrival: No office, you need to connect before to set appointment. We used transportation service proposed. Price is very affordable for 4, very convenient at the airport and be sure to connect with owner to get keys. It really worth it at arrival! Location: small one way street. Just ok but very quite and safe even late. Several market around. Check-in: I was surprised by the cleanliness of the appartment. Perfect and good smell. Very good equipment. Big dish washer in kitchen and washing machine in bathroom. Very well equiped for cooking and eating. Small fridge but ok. Cooking plate (vitro-ceramic) very not convenient but ok for simple cooking. Safety box in room, but didn't succeed to use it (battery issue?), and forget to ask Toni Full display for cleaning and amenities are provided. 2 excellent point: A/C and Wifi works very well. Conclusion: very convenient for a family stay, at a great price. Excellent owner who care about his customer and his property. Thank you

Super, I hope to come back again!

Don't judge the street in front of the building: this is the only short not beautiful stretch of the road; the rest of the area is wonderful: close to the beach and to the center. There are three supermarkets in the neighborhood. The apartment is really nice, comfortable and well equipped for everything. There is an air-conditioner in every room. Luka didn't miss any detail. The kitchen is provided of all you need, even a dishwasher. We found basics like sugar, oil, salt, fresh juice in the fridge and many other things. As well as in the bathroom: washer machine, hairdryer, detergent for clothes ...everything. The apartment is provided also with iron and two well-working TVs. The car park is not private, but we found easily a place close to the house. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

The apartment we booked was about 1km from the Old Town, so could walk in 15 minutes. Nearest Supermarket about 10 minutes, on the same road. The apartment was spotless. Luka and his brother made sure we had everything we needed and even provided a taxi to the airport !! We were also able to check-out later (for a reasonable fee), as our flight was late at night. Local area is nice, but the locals like to leave their bins opened by the road, so there can be a bit of a smell when walking past them !! Many restaurants and bars in Split will only take cash, so if you want to pay by Credit Card, check before sitting down ... Definitely do a boat trip, as the islands off Split are beautiful.

The apartment was Nice and clean. God space. The host was helpfull. Easy check in and out. 700 m. To the Beach and the grocery. For the centre of split a walk of 1,7 km.

Fairly close to main amenities, little wiggle around at the time of checking in. Had to struggle to find, but all went well. Wasn’t expecting huge 30 Euro cleaning fee (Which is a bit of deal breaker). But overall, clean would recommend and rent again. AAA+++

Very clean and great location

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The location was great with only a 5-10 minute walk to the main promenade. Communication was also very good with fast replies and lots of information. Also, two good features were the air conditioning and safe!

Da vi til sidst fik fat i lejlighedens ejer, var han venlig og fin service, men det er ikke i orden, at det ikke er yderlige specificeret, hvilket lejlighed man får, da vi havde valgt denne lejlighed pga. altanen, hvor vi så ender med at få en lejlighed uden altan.

Very nice stay. Good-sized apartment, very close to both the Old Town and beach. Airconditioning and wifi OK. Communication with Luka was easy. Even finding a parking place was relatively effortless!
