The room has basic amenities. The only issue was the AC stopped working on day 2, but otherwise, everything else was good. Their roof top restaurant also has good menu options. 」

「Otoya1907 is the perfect place to stay to see historic San Jose. It is conveniently located, charming, and comfortable. The staff was friendly helpful, and welcoming. He patiently taught me the door codes and keys. The kitchen area is a bonus. The Cafe Otoya is very nice.」

「This was a great choice for me and my family. We had a great stay. The staff was nice but they could have been more warm and friendly. The rooms themselves were clean and maintained well. I like that it was like an apartment (it had a fridge, microwave, stove top, sink, and plates/cups). The breakfast was good. The location was great for us because we were able to walk to the mall that's nearby and it was a short drive to downtown San Jose.」

「Staff pleasant, nice and quiet, good location. AC worked fine though I did not need it,shower with warm water.Whenever I needed a repair light or batteries maintenance fixed it prompyly. I hope they can find an owner for the small dining area and the bar/restaurant.」
