「Das Zimmer war super und in guter Lage unweit vom Bahnhof, zur Altstadt läuft man in 15min. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gab ein Missverständnis, sodass ein Extra Bett für die 4te Person fehlte, das wurde aber schnell behoben.」

The lighting was controlled by a single key, making it awkward for two guests, and the host was inflexible about that, telling me I should not have removed the key for the light from the entrance keys. 「Roberta goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable and welcome. The room was beautiful and quiet. Her breakfast included dozens of options for food and she even took orders from a menu, which she then immediately cooks, such as different kinds of crepes. They were wonderful. She is also a very caring person and seems to love what she does for her guests.The location is also just off the main shopping and tourist area. Good location for Catania, 10min Uber into downtown/ Metro station. Great views of Etna, ask for pool/sea view room (even no’s). Quality breakfast.
