「房間大且舒適」

「I don’t expect people to break through two levels of security and start pounding on my third floor hotel room at 2 o’clock in the morning. Absolutely unacceptable, I have never felt less safe in a hotel. Had to the fact that it’s a third floor walk up, which no one bothers to mention in their reviews. Never. Again.」

「The hotel upgraded three of us to two connected rooms.」

「The room was clean, but nothing special. The street was very narrow with no place to walk and not convenient to get anyway, thus limiting food choices as well. The host did not provide any information for where to get public transportation or food. We arrived at the hotel at check-in time by taxi, and were stuck the rest of the day and night, with nothing more than a deli and pizzeria on a busy, narrow street with no sidewalk. My sister complained to the host via text messages. The host did try...

「Absolutely loved the place. Everyone was over the top helpful & kind, ensuring that we had a great experience. The only thing that threw us was a $100. Fee per person that was explained to us as facility fees for the pool & beach. We were fine with the fee but later we were told that the pool was for children only. We were not happy about that as there were days when we would have preferred hanging at the pool rather than the beach. We dealt with the situation but it was a pretty expensive fee...

「They have problem about the communication with the booking website and also between their employees. In my second day, I wanted to check out then move to another hotel to stay with my friends. but they told me i have already paid in the website, it is not possible to refund the money to me. So i chose to stay within my 3days reservation. In the last day, when i checked out, the other employee charged me again!! He insisted that i have not paid yet!! I spent half hour to explain and prove I have...

「Det var super fint til formålet - tæt på lufthavnen og fin udsigt til Etna kort derfra. Hyggelig baggård, når der er varmt」

「It seems close to the airport... but you have to take taxi there! The breakfast was too simple, maybe because of christmas day. No shops or restaurants or people around.. The facility in the room is old and no light on the road.」

「Was perfect for our needs - a one-night stay before an early flight. Great shower and love the premium toiletries. Bed was comfortable but bedding was a bit frayed. Location fine but not exceptional. Overall though for the price it is very good value and totally worthwhile to stay.」

「Location」

「Very clean and big room in the middle of the historic sites lots of restaurant bars, coffee shops」

「Roberta was the best hostess we have ever had during a travel stay. The property was new and well stocked with everything we needed (water, coffee, tea, glasses, cups, bottle opener to name a few). Great personal care items and comfortable bedding. The best however besides Roberta’s charming and welcoming personality was the spectacular breakfast she made to order! Eggs Benedict, omelettes, crepes, waffles etc besides other buffet style items but the icing on the cake was delicious Sicilian...

「My stay at the Terra d'Amuri was great. The location is perfect within easy walking distance of the Duomo and the beautiful old section of Catania. My stay was made even better by the wonderful and gracious owner, Loredana, who spoke perfect English and was always ready to help with any questions I had about sights and transportation. The room was very comfortable and had a beautiful painted mural, and very nice modern bathroom as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in...

「Except it’s on the 2/3 floors (US/Europe) without elevator. Everything else is superb! -Newly decorated -walking distance to train station/bus terminal -Breakfast is great and beyond average Host is very helpful！ 」

「Cool location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Clean and comfortable room.」

「Absolutely would recommend this property. Our host luciella was so lovely and welcoming. The room was spacious and fresh high quality bedding. She even changed the music to Italian love songs to set the mood for the day. The only preparation I would suggest is to wait for the beep each time you press the pass code screen.」
