"Great break, great bar, great staff"

"The staff was definitely the standout, five stars for them. They were very friendly, helpful and nice. I only ate at the restaurant on the main floor once and it was really good. That being said, I don't like checking into a hotel room and finding other peoples hair on things and there was this pink stuff on the floor, I had no idea what it was, but it stained my socks."

"I absolutely loved my stay here. All of the staff were super friendly and were willing to answer any questions I had about the Patong Beach area. Loved the fact that during Songkran the staff participated as well. Everyone was warm and inviting and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was outstanding!! The buffet for Songkran was also outstanding!! When I come back to Patong I will stay here again. Kop khun kha! 🙏"
