"Bar poor.room the worst I have had there,used to be a regular guest, staying several days, no more,The Grant Arms Hotel know how to look after guests & keep them!On day 2 of my stay there was No hot water in the shower, reported it to reception,and what was done? Nothing!"

"Fabulous friendly staff, comfortable beds, common areas a bit dated, good choice of breakfast replenished quickly, but no excuse for urn of rotten coffee, get some updated coffee machines, or even a chance to buy one at the bar would help."

" I requested when I booked online about a room on ground or 1st. Floor. At ‘check in’ it took a bit of time for reception to find the room I requested. She managed eventually and I was given key to room 62A, on the ground floor which I would regard as sub standard compared to our friends room (140)."

"The hotel was in a good location, a bit run down and dated. Hairdryer in the room didn’t work, the window sil was loose and the sofa bed was horrific! My 2 kids had terrible sleeps both nights. I wouldn’t say it was worth the £355 we paid for 2 nights. We’d expect much better quality for that price. "

"With a 7 yr old boy and a 10 yr old boy. Swimming pool was warm and fun. Went to to sports hall for football and badminton. Next day went cycling. We had a little dog with us and it was no problem. All of Aviemore is dog friendly. Lovely time. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here and everything was as described. We received a friendly welcome upon arrival and were checked in quickly. Our room was spacious, warm, clean and comfortable. We had a drinknat the well stocked bar before dinner each night and retured for another after eating. The food was simply delicious at both breakfast and dinner with plenty of choices and special requirements catered for. We really hope to return for a further visit at some point."
