"The property is really nice, great location. The only surprise is the property does not have air condition. We were a bit worried it might be uncomfortable. One can open door and windows, and the room temperature is comfortable. However it also means lots of flying bugs in the living room. "Wonderful view and well equipped apartment. Easy to drive into town or catch the ferry nearby at the Marina stop which made for a great experience. Apartment is as described and very clean. We made use of all amenities including BBQ. Host was very responsive and helpful in solving minor queries. This is located on a very busy road with natural traffic noise but didn’t interfere with our stay. Would highly recommend. "

This was perfect for our family as we and the kids slept downstairs while my mom slept upstairs so as not to get woken up in the middle of the night. The single room was just large enough for a king bed, a couple of end tables and 1 chair. There was also a closet and very small kitchenette. The bathroom was a good size and fairly luxurious though. There were excellent views from the lounge and bedrooms. The property must be accessed through an outdoor staircase of steel structure of about two storeys high from the carpark space.
