"Staff was wonderful. Room was very noisy. Do yourself a favor and book an upstairs room. Breakfast was not great, but there are plenty of places nearby to get a good meal."

"it was overall decent, however - There was one guest who dominated using the hot tub for 5 to 6 hours straight a couple nights, drinking a bunch of beers and not leaving the hot tub for the bathroom. Not many people wanted to join, use the hot tub. I notified the staff, but they were OK with it - not me, gross and lack of compassion for other guests."

"Quiet, clean and well staffed. This Motel 6 needs exterior cameras especially in the back of the Motel asap. Too many people lurking on the back balconies and under stairways. "

"So we rented a room with a “valley view” the immediate area was overgrown and not much of a view through the trees. The hotel itself was very nice, close to town and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room clean and well appointed. The hotel itself was very quiet, not a lot of noise like a lot of other places. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Solvang. "

"We had an amazing stay! Started with the friendly check in, delicious and plentiful breakfast, sparking pool and the really really great Scavenger Hunt in which we found all of the items and won a prize! Loved the Passport Discounts as well! Other staff members were also quite friendly and helpful... We miss it already!!!"

My balcony has debris, my balcony has sandbags , from the looks of it, they are years old sandbags which have exploded, my room is outdated, possibly early 2000’s, main drive unkept, spiderwebs everywhere if you look carefully, blotchy exterior paint, your room is guaranteed to show years of wear and tear. Value : $79.00 per room."

"We had everything we needed. We didn’t need to leave the hotel because it had everything we needed. Restaurants were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary bottled water was a nice touch!"
