「Everything is good, but the door of the room is hard to close」

「There was a very bad mildew smell to the property , the drains wouldn’t drain in the shower and the property was unfortunately damaged from the storm that recently passed through.」

「It looks like they tried to go the absolute cheapest route to "update" this hotel. No one ever answered the desk phone but would send an automated text while it was still ringing that also offered to help but was in fact useless. The deadbolt didn't work on the door & when asked to switch rooms the lady at the desk said oh well that the slide bar would be enough & that it wasnt her job to "fix things". She said something to the same effect when we couldn't get the TV to work. There was a huge...

「Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Very friendly staff, quiet and clean room」

「The hotel had a fresh clean smell upon walking in the door. The room was comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and had a good breakfast; although, the waffle machine was out of products. Front lady at the desk could have been friendlier. I guess she was having a bad day cause the computer was down. Wasn’t my fault. She said her speech about if you need anything, let me know, but I could tell she didn’t mean it. Room was clean minus a little bit of hair in shower. I’m sure housekeeping...

「There are many mosquitoes in the room, the hygiene is not very good, the equipment is old, the front desk service is good」

「The stay was very nice and clean but the furniture was old and worn. I received a good price so I was pleased. The staff were very nice and courteous!!」

「Room didn’t feel clean. I spilled water on the floor and used a towel to clean the spill. The towel was filthy after wiping up the water. Shower curtain had holes in it and the shower head was rusted. Sheets seemed clean and staff changed the sheets and made the bed daily. Staff was friendly.」

「Rooms are aged. Door jam for our room was missing a large piece. Understaffed so I waited 15 minutes for a drink at the bar behind the lone desk clerk. This was a one time deal. Too pricey with the condition of the place. No real damage either from the recent hurricane.」

「We had a nice clean warm bed and shower. The suite was very nice and clean.」
