"Was there for a wedding beautiful venue. What I did not like was having to use washrooms for the evening in hotel rooms that were set up for the guests. To have on site would be good to have a full mobile bathroom."

"Stayed in 101..a wheelchair accessible room. Love the design but the bathroom frankly is dangerous. I brought my own bath mat this time which helped. Shower head fasted to hose wrong and wanted to point towards vurtiab. If you need shower seat no waynto wash back as hose too short. Could barely reach it from seat....so this time brought my own seat to sit closer. Still a problem getting a full shower. Shower floor...and bathroom floor like skating rink when wet. I made suggestions last May...no changes made. They could be liable if someone falls. Pool serious need of repairs and hot tub was closed. Breakfast same every day even weekend. Weekend should be better. Need perhaps hard boiled eggs...not just scrambled and bacon on weekends would be great. Also muffins a joke...even smaller than the smallest muffins in the store. A single bite size. Beds super comfortable. Rooms very clean. Love accessible room as card access to parking lot but if a wheelchair or walker there is a lip that makes it a little bumpy. Love great hotel location. Price too much for what you get though but guess sign of the times."

"Great downtown stay, Justin at the front desk was amazing, loved the building, underground parking and continental breakfast. Only thing I wish there was, more electrical outlets and a side table for my side of the bed. Easy fixes. Would recommend for travel in downtown london"
