「really nice place to stay class rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful and really nice and breakfast is really good too」

「Cleanliness could be better - floors were dirty and there were bits of other guests hairs in the shower. Bathroom mirror was wonderful, there’s really nowhere to put your stuff down in the bathroom so keep that in mind with hair tools etc. Staff was friendly, coffee station was a bonus! All in all, it was okay!」

「The view from our 5th floor room was overlooking the roof of the shopping center. Not a good view, especially for a hotel that talks about its lake view!」

「The heating unit was not turned on when I entered the room so it got very chilly. When I turnd it on it was very noisy. I called the front desk a number of times but no one answered .Furthermore It also did not seem that the front desk was staffed.」
