"Cold room heat did not work"

"I was disappointed because they listed the breakfast as a buffet. It was a continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs. I did not mind, but felt it was not an accurate description. We ended up going out to eat instead since I can't eat grains (muffins/bread/bagels/pancakes), or sugar (yougert, juices, fruit, etc...). Quite a disappointment. Also- my room was right next to the laundry for the hotel and they do laundry at night. Therefore the dryers were bouncing sheets/towels all night by my headboard of my bed. Sleep was next to impossible. "

"Great place to stay. Good fast food and dining options near the hotel. Laundry, gym and swimming pool access was amazing to have. Our bed was super comfortable! "

"I would not recommend anyone staying at this property. It’s so run down, dirty, and in ill repair. The owners or investors of this property are only concerned with dollars not a great experience or how the property looks. The lobby is nice but this is definitely not an ART DECO HOTEL. Whoever has been rating this as a 4 or 5 star probably was not looking at the condition of the rooms. I have pictures to prove the condition of the property!!! Horrible and disgusting I promise. "
