"The hotel is nice and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room cleaning is only done upon request as such we would have liked bigger or more garbage bins as we shopped at the outlet store and had a lot of extra packaging to get rid off. Short staffed. The receptionist is on her own to deal with check-ins as well as and issues with the room. The individual preparing breakfast was also on her to take orders, cook, wait on customers and clean up."

"Hot tub . The jets were programmed so high that water just continuously rolled out and all over pool area. Very dangerous and the chlorine fumes burnt our eyes. We could only stay 5 minutes."

"I liked how close this was to downtown Pittsburgh. I liked how large the rooms were. I appreciated all the healthy options for breakfast. One thing to consider for the next remodel is having a small sink outside of the bathroom with a water filter to refill water bottles in the room."
