「I rented the motel room for Friday the 26th and the Saturday 27th for my 50th class reunion thinking the motel was in Altus okla.,it was advertised in the Altus Web sight.,coming to find out that the motel was in Frederick okla.,so I tried to cancel the booking right there and then and they would not give me a refund on my credit card.,no refunds if you didn't get the insurance,that's so wrong in every way,I tried to get the refund about a minute after I booked it right after I realized it was...

「BEWARE. Staff was super uncooperative, lied to us, and if you book thru 3rd party they give you the worst room they have. The towels were gray & gross! Outdoor patio was a mess for a holiday weekend. We've never had an issue at any other Fairfield Inn in the country.」

「We enjoyed our stay with clean rooms and friendly staff, except the pool was out of service due to a pump issue. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. It wasn’t advertised that the pool was not available. We were disappointed.」

「The room was clean. The staff is always accompanying. The breakfast is well stocked and the kitchen is clean. I've stayed here on all my visits to Oklahoma and will continue to do so. Unmatched by any close hotels. 5 stars is warranted.」

「No amenities. Budget motel on side of interstate, clean and quiet property with friendly staff, though a little outdated and patched over as cheaply as possible. A no-frills option for an evening stopping thru if you don’t want to drop a lot of coin.」
