"As a whole, the hotel is fine but there are issues which prevented me from giving it five stars I gave it four because begin with there are a lot of ants in the room. I mean like I'm looking at my screen on this smartphone and there's an ant caller and there are more a lot of ants all over the place in the room.. breakfast is generous pleasant and very good.. there is a grab bar bathtub when you showering would you need a floor mat because not everybody can be holding a grab a bar all the while they are showering. You need a floor mat for safety. We were on the ground floor from 137 and it is not obvious how to get to the front desk for breakfast room. A simple solution is put signs on the walls pointing the way to the front. Cost almost nothing and very helpful. Finally, Wi-Fi very very slow! It is a good hotel but a few things simple things need to be corrected as indicated above."

"The only good thing regarding our stay was security walked us from the parking lot to the hotel’s doors. They gave us a handicapped room ( in which I did not reserve or asked for). The pool was supposedly closed off because the pumps were messed up. The middle elevator got stuck on the 7th floor. No parking space….This was the worse Hilton hotel that I’ve EVER stayed in…. Needless to say, I will not stay at this hotel again."
