「No staff on site morning or evening. Room had humidity issue as tile floor remained damp and slippery. Almost fell multiple times. TIKI BAR ON SITE HAD LOUD LIVE MUSIC (FRIDAY/SAATURDAY NIGHT) DISTURBING GUESTS EVENING. NO ELEVATOR I COULD FIND.」

「It was ok. AC was not cold even when turned down to 67. Still was humid in room for some reason. Water took forever !… legit like 5-6 min to get warm enough to shower and even longer to get “hot”. Overall was clean and nice. Very good location」

「Clean hotel friendly staff and nice breakfast.」

「Thank you」

「Shawna, our bartender at the upstairs bar was great. She is knowledgeable, attentive, personable and made our drinks perfectly. If you're checking in, try to avoid Cassandra,(if she's still working there) she doesn't know anything about the hospitality business or customer service. Check in with a different agent. The security guard looks more like a jailhouse hoodlum with the dreads and do rag. Not a very professional look in my opinion.」

「Room was clean, there were no cups, but that was just an oops. Breakfast was real good, lots of choices.」
